Ordering
Amigos Publishing & Shop accepts payment by paypal or credit card. Please contact us via email amigospublishing@gmail.com with any questions. We will respond within two business days. In the case that the item you ordered is not available, we will contact you via email or phone number (if provided) and issue a refund.
Shipping
All orders are processed within three business days. All domestic orders are shipped USPS Priority. International orders will be shipped USPS Priority International. All shipments are uninsured unless you contact us to request otherwise; we are not responsible for lost or mishandled packages. Please contact us if you have additional shipping requirements. Please check the accuracy of your address before placing your order. All duties or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping is non-refundable.
Returns
Exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt, minus shipping charges. Items will be exchanged for replacements or store credit only; no refunds. All items returned must be new. Please note final sale items as marked. No returns/exchanges on sale items.
